REGISTRATION - YEAR TWO.
Congratulations. Your church has completed the 2023 Year One Cohort, this is a huge accomplishment during a very challenging time. If no one has said this to you and your church recently, we want you to know that, “We are proud of you and progress your church has made in building healthy culture for all generations.” As we shared in the very beginning, building healthy culture is a multi-year commitment, it doesn’t happen over night.
With that, you and your church are strongly encouraged and invited to join our 2024 Year Two Cohort that will start next year. This second year cohort will focus on helping your church to build a VIVID DESCRIPTION (Vision of the future in a story that connects) and customized strategic plan to make God’s vision for your church come to life. Your church will continue learning in a laboratory setting with world class resources and teaching, coaching accountability, and support. This condensed cohort will launch in March and conclude in November.
