Our Growing Young Cohort Year-Two offers an exclusive yearlong training opportunity for churches who have already completed the 2019 Growing Young Cohort.

 By registering for the cohort year-two, you are signing up for:

• 1 in-person single-day summit on March 13 (Friday) at the Holden Center in Gladstone, OR

• Access to attend the March 14 & 15 Year-One Summit as a refresher at the Holden Center in Gladstone, OR

• 1 year-long coaching relationship with a Growing Young coach

• 5 webinars featuring the latest research and strategy, specifically for year-two churches

• Comprehensive diagnostic assessment to determine how well your church is doing after year-one, and an opportunity to process the results

• Access to an exclusive year-two cohort community of leaders like you

How the payment works:

The Growing Young Cohort costs $250 for year-two NPUC Churches, who have already completed the 2019 Growing Young Cohort. Your cohort fee covers the attendance of 4 team members to our year-two singe-day summit (March 13 in Gladstone, OR), materials, coaching, assessments, and additional resources offered to year-two cohort members only. Additional team members can be added to the single day summit team for an extra free of $50. Please note if your church plans on attending the cohort year-one summit, over March 14 & 15, as a refresher, the fee is $200 for the entire team.

Your non-refundable, full registration fee, as noted above, is to be paid to the North Pacific Union Office by February 7.
